These terms cover the DogLeg app and this website. By using DogLeg or writing to us, you agree to them. DogLeg is a young product offered by its makers; please read the short version below.

DogLeg is young and improving fast

DogLeg is in active development and is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be reworked as the product matures. Don’t rely on DogLeg as the sole record of anything that matters to you.

Feedback you send us

If you send us a bug report, a game request, or an idea, we use your email only to reply and to act on what you told us — it doesn’t create an account or any obligation, and any product email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One thing worth saying plainly: if you suggest a feature or a game, we may build it, and you aren’t owed anything for the idea. Don’t send us anything you consider confidential.

Acceptable use

Use DogLeg for its purpose — running golf games with people who’ve agreed to play. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or enter other people’s information without their permission. DogLeg settles friendly wagers among your own group; you’re responsible for keeping that lawful where you play, and DogLeg never handles or transfers any money itself.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DogLeg and its makers aren’t liable for any loss arising from use of the app or this site, including lost data or disputed settlements. The service is provided without warranty of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
