These terms cover this website and the DogLeg beta program. By joining the waitlist or using the beta, you agree to them. DogLeg is an early-stage product offered by its makers; please read the short version below.

The beta is a work in progress

DogLeg is in active development and is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or disappear, and data created during the beta may be reset. Don’t rely on it as the sole record of anything that matters to you.

Joining the waitlist isn’t a guarantee

Adding your email puts you on the list for a beta invite. It doesn’t guarantee access, a timeline, or a spot in any test — places are limited, especially during the device-specific closed tests.

Acceptable use

Use DogLeg for its purpose — running golf games with people who’ve agreed to play. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or enter other people’s information without their permission. DogLeg settles friendly wagers among your own group; you’re responsible for keeping that lawful where you play, and DogLeg never handles or transfers any money itself.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DogLeg and its makers aren’t liable for any loss arising from use of the beta or this site, including lost data or disputed settlements. The service is provided without warranty of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
